Next Director Election - The scheduled May 2, 2020 election has been cancelled in the absence of applications for the available positions. As a result, all appointed Board members and those with expiring terms will be reseated at the May Board meeting.

Latest Water Quality Report - KCFWSD 1-B service provider Severn Trent has released its latest water quality report (2017). The report is included as an attachment to the May 2018 Meeting Minutes.

Higher Water Bills? - North Texas homeowners are beginning to see higher water bills due to increased usage and higher rates. While Windmill Farms (Phase 1) rates have not increased in recent years, future increases are possible. Twice Weekly Watering Now Permitted - Watering restrictions have been relaxed. Residents can now water their lawns twice weekly. Conservation, however, continues to be a priority.
